SUPERNAP (Thailand) (“Company”,) respects the privacy of its users (“User”).

This Privacy Policy explains how the Company collect, use, disclose, and safeguard the user’s information when the user visits the Company’s website supernap.co.th, including any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related or connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). Please read this privacy policy carefully. If the user does not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the site.

If the user chooses to use the Company’s Service, then the user agrees to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy. The Personal Information that the Company collect are used for providing and improving the Service. The Company strive to limit the types and categories of personal data that is collected from, and processed on behalf of, the users to include only information which is necessary to achieve the purpose(s) for which it was collected, and the Company does not use personal data for additional purpose(s) which are incompatible with their initial collection. Personal Data

Personal identifiable information, such as the user’s name, shipping address, email address, telephone number, and demographic information, such as age, gender, hometown, and interests, that the user voluntarily provides to the Company when the user register with the Company. The user is under no obligation to provide the Company with personal information of any kind, however the user’s refusal to do so may prevent the user from using certain features of the Site.

Log Data

The Company want to inform the user that whenever the user visits the Company’s Service, the Company collect information that the user’s browser sends to the Company that is called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as the user’s computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser version, pages of the Service that the user visit, the time and date of the visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.

Mobile Device Data

Device information, such as the user’s mobile device ID, model, manufacturer, and information about the location of the user’s device, if the user accesses the Site from a mobile device.
